Our Super Chef Kompact Kitchen Systems are designed to meet the heavy demands of today's cooking and food-prepartation climate. They combine compactness and portability with the robustness of a full-service professional kitchen. Moreover, our numerous configuation options ensure that you will have exactly what you need.

Our Kompact Kichen Systems are based on two popular combinations of our Super Chef products, which we call Standard Combos and Hi-Production (Hi-Pro) Combos.

The Standard Combos include a triumvirate of Super Chef cooking products: (1) dual-burner hotplate (EL-2-120), (1) 12" 120V groiler (EL12GR 120V ), and (1) 6" countertop fryer (EL-414). The Hi-Pro Combos are tuned for heavier applications and include: (1) 12" 240V groiler (EL12GR 240V), and (2) 6" countertop fryers (EL-414s).

Once you have identified the type of cooking combo that fits your needs, then select from one of our three installation options:

Installation Option #1: Filter Hood (DH-30) only ($725.00)
Installation Option #2: Filter Hood (DH-30) and Base Unit (BU-30) only
($1,400.00)
Installation Option #3: Filter Hood (DH-30) and Base Unit (BU-30), plus 4 heavy-duty casters with brakes

Kompact Kitchen Filter Hood (DH-30)

FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS:

All Stainless Steel — Hood, side supports, back, and floor easily wiped clean, always attractive.
2-Speed 120 volt Hood Fan — Pulls cooking vapors, smoke and odors through removable filters.
Large Area Grease Filter — Washable heavy mesh aluminum grease filter. Easily removed to clean.
Large Area Activated Charcoal Filter — Removes fumes, smoke and odors. Easily removed to wipe.
Built-In Enclosed Light — Uses 75 watt appliance bulb, lights cooking area, removable plastic lens.
Louvered Front Vents — Discharge filtered air upward and away from user.
Concealed Cord Outlets — Two nylon lined 1 1/2" D.holes provide concealed rear exit for appliance cords.
Neoprene Cord and Plug — Attached with nylon strain relief to rear of hood. Oil resistant, wipes clean.
