At
Super Chef we know that no professional kitchen
is complete without a griddle! But we also
know that no one griddle is right for every kitchen.
That's why we have 10 possible griddle
configurations to chose from!
Our
griddles come in 2 different physical sizes (12"
and 18"). 12"
models are available with two different power
options (120V and 240V) and can be optionally
elevated with four stainless steel legs. Our 18"
model is a high-production (240V) unit that comes
standard with four stainless steel legs. Both
models can be instantly transformed into "groilers"
by adding our pat'd grid plates—12"
models can be fitted with 1 grid plate, while
our 18" models can be fitted with up to 2
grid plates.
Every
one of our griddles is made to the highest manufacturing
standards and includes the following features:

against griddle bottom. Heavy steel element
clamp block distributes heat against underside
of griddle. Tension bolts clamp both element
and clamp block. |

Shaw Grid Thermostats — contains
special spring mounted Disc Contractor under
Grid. |

Neoprene
Grounded Cords and Plugs—
connects to standard outlet. |

Life Neon Indicating Light —
stays on as element is energized - goes off

Patented
precision ground grid provides maximum contact with
1/8" stainless steel griddle top to brand steaks,
burgers, chops, etc. With cooking oil dropping in
the U-grooves and between the searing gride conduction
bars, to provide real char-broiled flavor and aroma.
The precision ground surfaces of griddle top and
bottom of groiler mate together perfectly for maximum
heat conduction yet grid is instantly removable
so entire surface area may be used for grilling
eggs, bacon, hash browns, hotcakes, and other foods. |
